Posted Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer is committed to ensuring high quality, coordinated, patient-centered care as well as the fiscal overall responsibility of the hospital operations.

 

Excellent opportunity to provide hands-on hospital operations management with a focus on business development, physician relations, quality services and fiscal accountability. The CEO position is a hands-on operations role with a focus on continued business development, physician relations, quality services and fiscal accountability.

 

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Drive strategic growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with our mission and vision, positioning us as a leader in the behavioral health field.
  • Foster a culture of excellence: Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment that empowers our staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Ensure financial sustainability: Oversee the financial health of the organization, managing budgets, securing funding, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Advocate for mental health awareness: Engage with community partners, policymakers, and stakeholders to raise awareness of mental health issues and advocate for equitable access to care.
  • Lead with compassion: Inspire and motivate our team to provide compassionate and evidence-based care to our patients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates must have 5+ years hospital operational experience in a behavioral health or acute care hospital in a leadership role.
  • Passion for superior clinical outcomes/programs, superior patient satisfaction, physician relations and partner relationships REQUIRED
  • Thorough knowledge of hospital operations coupled with savvy financial management
  • Thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission accreditation process. Reliable transportation required
  • Bachelors degree in a health profession with Masters Degree in a Healthcare field (MSN, MHA, MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred. An equivalent combination of academic, clinical and operational experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission Accreditation Guidelines and national quality initiatives that impact patient care.
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical support services that impact patient care, including laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, allied health professions
